This is the title of the seminar organized in Soroca on 14 May 2015. Due to the support of the project ‘Modernization of local public services in the Republic of Moldova’, component ‘Complementary private sector support’, through the Pilot Regional Development Programme of the European Union, the 35 participants, economic agents and representatives of the contracting authorities from the territory had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in this chapter. The project is implemented by GIZ in partnership with the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, Regional Development Agencies. The private sector component is implemented in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.
The seminar aimed at informing and strengthening the capacity of economic operators and contracting authorities in the conduct of public procurement procedures. Participants noted the importance of familiarity with the topic, obtained a set of materials and practical recommendations.
The usefulness of the seminar was mentioned by Mr Vasile Bas, director of Constantin Stere high school, as a contracting authority, being in the process of preparing a public procurement procedure.
The entrepreneur Anastasia Serovet, in turn, noted that the seminar will allow to avoid mistakes in starting the public procurement process.
Similar trainings were held in 8 rayons of the country.
