In Leova was held a working session on planning future actions within ‘Modernization of local public services of water supply and sanitation in Leova rayon’ project.
The meeting was attended by the head of Directorate General for Regional Development of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, Mr Valerian Binzaru, Director of South Regional Development Agency (South RDA), Mrs Maria Culeşov, representatives of LPA II from Leova, project engineer and GIZ advisor (German Development Cooperation through GIZ).
During the meeting there were discussed the actions to be undertaken within the project ‘Modernization of water supply services in Leova rayon’ under the component ‘Investments in infrastructure optimization for local public services provision’ and identifying optimal solutions.
It was found that the Preliminary Feasibility Study was sent to Leova Rayon Council (RC), which together with South RDA’s specialist and GIZ advisor, are to examine whether the provisions of the Technical Documentation ‘Leova-Iargara main water pipe’ correspond to those in the Feasibility Study and the findings will be submitted to the designer for consideration and entry in the project’s documentation.
