We, in turn, assume the responsibility to use them efficiently and according to their purpose… Considering that the two municipal operators ‘Apa-Canal’ Ungheni and ‘AVE’ Ungheni will soon become regional operators, these trucks will help us provide quality services not only for the town, but also cover other localities and even neighbouring rayons’.

I would like, also, to express my thanks for your support, help and trust. Her Excellency, Julia Monar, the Ambassador of the German Federal Republic to the Republic of Moldova: ‘We are glad we can help the citizens of the Republic of Moldova by providing these two trucks. Quality water supply and sanitation, solid waste management and energy efficiency in public buildings are the main fields in which GIZ operates in the Republic of Moldova.  For the future, we aim to provide continuing support in these sectors together with other partners, as the European Union’.

Dorin Andros, Secretary of State, MARDE: ‘Without quality water supply services, sewage systems and waste collecting, there is no fair standard of living. In this context, Madam Ambassador I would like to thank you on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Moldova for the support provided both to the Centre Regional Development Agency and to other Development Regions of the country. I would like, also, to express thanks to GIZ, in particular to the MLPS project, as they are the ones we work together with on a daily basis in developing documents and implementing regional development projects’.
