Specialists from the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment (MARDE) and Regional Development Agencies (RDA) took part in the 'Techniques of institutional administration and promotion by means of social media platforms and social networks' workshop. During two days of workshop, Cristian Saulea, expert in communication, shared with the participants the latest techniques and knowledge in the field.
Luminita Netedu, specialist in communication, RDA South: 'At the training organised with GIZ/MLPS support we had a very useful and efficient communication, long-awaited by us, communicators. We learned how to say more with less words, how to send key messages, so they reach exactly the target group and are properly heard. Also, we acquired new techniques of institutional promotion by means of social media platforms and social networks'.
Nicolae Mavrodi, Head of Project Management Division, RDA ATU Gagauzia: 'Concrete practices and examples were presented: how to and how no to do certain things. We have examined on-line the official pages on social networks, identifying mistakes we have done and finding out how to make improvements in this respect. Moreover, we have learned about applications, which can help in administering social networks. In my opinion, this was a very useful event, and most importantly, an informative one'.
The workshop served as an activity aiming at building communication capacities for MARDE and RDAs' employees. The event was organised under the 'Modernization of Local Public Services in the Republic of Moldova' (MLPS) Project, implemented by the German Development Cooperation through GIZ.
The project 'Modernization of Local Public Services in the Republic of Moldova' (MLPS) is implemented by the German Development Cooperation through GIZ in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment and is financially supported by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the European Union, the Romanian Government, the Swedish Government and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
